(version 1.1 of 31 July 2025)
The document you are reading constitutes temporary supplementary terms of use (hereinafter: the “Terms”) of the Bielik language model, version 3 (hereinafter: the “Model”, “Bielik Model”), made available by the SpeakLeash Foundation with its registered office at ul. Niemczańska 33/4, 50-561 Wrocław, Poland (KRS: 0001099568; hereinafter: “we”, “us”). The Model was created as part of the SpeakLeash /ˈspix.lɛʂ/ project (a.k.a. Spichlerz), an initiative to develop a Polish Large Language Model (LLM). The Model is based on transformer architectures designed for the generation and processing of natural language. The term “Model” shall be understood to include both the base version of the Model and any fine-tuned versions thereof. The provisions applicable to Model 3 shall apply accordingly to earlier models that we make available on analogous terms.
Each of our language models is made available under the licence terms specified for the given model. The Bielik 3.0 Model is made available under the Apache 2.0 licence (licence text: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0).
By using our services or the Model, you accept these Terms. Failure to accept the Terms means that you may not use our services or the Model, and simultaneously means non-acceptance of the above-mentioned licence terms.
The Model is a tool that may be used for multiple purposes. You bear sole responsibility for the manner in which the Model is used and for the purposes for which it is deployed. The Model has been created for the benefit of people, and not for the purpose of causing harm.
